The 2026 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival has officially started, and there is a LOT to do this year!

Trowel & Trellis
And that includes a visit to the Trowel & Trellis booth, one of the Festival’s Outdoor Kitchen Food Booths. The Food Booths join the Garden Rocks Concert Series, the Garden Graze food crawl, the gorgeous Disney topiaries, and more as part of this year’s festival. And right now, we’re checking out Trowel & Trellis so we can bring you our complete review… just like we’re doing with every single food booth at the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival!
Over at the Trowel & Trellis booth, you’ll find a variety of available items. We are getting two new food items here: the Miso Cola-glazed Sticky Pork Ribs and the Garden Vegetable Flatbread. But, don’t worry, the adorable Chocolate Mousse Terrarium is returning! For drinks, we have the returning Botanical Slush and a new drink, the Keel Farms Garden Bloom Hard Cider.

Trowel & Trellis Menu
Now that we’ve taken a look at the menu, let’s dive into the food itself!
First up, we grabbed the Miso Cola-glazed Sticky Pork Ribs for $7.29. These pork ribs are topped with spicy pickled peppers and peanuts. You might remember last year’s Soy-glazed Pork Sticky Ribs, but these are different with the Mizo Cola-glaze. When we tried it, we thought they had a wonderful mix of sweet and savory.

Miso Cola-Glazed Sticky Pork Ribs
They’re fairly tender, and they fall off the bone nicely. The peanuts added a nice crunch, and the peppers were surprisingly hot. These were a very popular item when we were at the booth — people kept coming up to order them!

Ribs
Up next, we tried the new Garden Vegetable Flatbread featuring Boursin Crumbles Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese, topped with roasted vegetables and arugula salad. You can get this for $5.99. We thought this was an excellent portion for the price.

Garden Vegetable Flatbread
It’s an absolutely huge flatbread covered in delicious roast veggies and lots and lots of tomatoes. The Boursin is creamy and complements the veggies well, and there’s a good herbaceous flavor to the whole dish. This was honestly our favorite lunch at the festival! Suddenly, we’ve forgotten everything we ate before this flatbread…it’s all that matters now.

Flatbread
To finish it off for dessert, there is the Chocolate Mousse Terrarium with matcha crumb and chocolate soil for $5.49. When we tried this last year, it reminded us of a cookies-and-cream kind of dessert. Maybe it’s not a “must get,” but the presentation is cute.

Chocolate Mousse Terrarium
This year, the chocolate was incredibly rich, and the texture was thick and pudding-like in consistency. The matcha crumbles add that crumbly texture without much matcha flavor. Really, this is a great dessert for the chocolate lovers.

Pretty!
Now, on to the beverages.
For drinks on this menu, we got the Botanical Slush, featuring Twinings Mango & Pineapple Herbal Tea with Minute Maid Passion Fruit Orange Guava Juice, Simply Fruit Punch, and simple syrup, for $4.79. You can also get this alcoholic with Cruzan Mango Rum for $11.75. This is a returning item from last year, but with a new name. It was known as the Tropical Punch, and last year, we thought this was light and super fruity. This year we found ourselves wishing that the POG flavor was a little more evident. It reminded us a bit of the vague “tropical” juices you could buy in a carton at the store — we might prefer this one as the alcoholic version.

Botanical Slush
If you’re a hard cider fan, you can get the new Keel Farms Garden Bloom Hard Cider for $6 for 6 oz or $9.75 for a 12-oz pour.
Trowel & Trellis came out with a STRONG showing at this year’s festival! The booth had some heavy-hitters in the food category, and we’d consider it one of the top spots. We’ll definitely be back for that flatbread again, you guys.
