We are Disney World dining experts, and we make sure to hit up every restaurant several times to provide you with up-to-date reviews!
We recently checked out the happy hour menu at STK Steakhouse in Disney Springs. Curious if it’s worth a visit or should be skipped? We’ve got the full scoop!
**Atmosphere**
STK Steakhouse offers an ultra-modern, upscale dining experience in Disney Springs. It’s a spacious two-story restaurant with chic lighting and music courtesy of a DJ. There’s also an indoor fire pit lounge and an impressive rooftop terrace.
The design evokes a renovated early 1900s train station, complete with outdoor seating for those busy nights.
Inside, the ambiance is inviting with stylish tables and beautiful decor, like floral fixtures and mood lighting, paired with a bar area. The upstairs features another bar and a more relaxed atmosphere, perfect for sipping cocktails on the open patio.
But let’s dive into the real highlight—THE FOOD!
**Menu**
STK’s options include brunch, lunch, and dinner but its Happy Hour is what caught our attention. With tempting offerings at lower prices, it’s an enticing option, even though regular menu prices can soar beyond $100 for certain dishes.
**Eats**
For Happy Hour, we went for Mushroom Arancini, Pastrami Salmon Cones, Japanese A5 Wagyu Taco, and STK & Frites.
- **Mushroom Arancini** for $3 offers crispy rice balls and savory mushrooms, a wonderful vegetarian pick.
- **STK & Frites** at $9 includes filet mignon over fries with a creamy bearnaise sauce—our favorite menu item, thanks to its tenderness and flavor.
- **Japanese A5 Wagyu Tacos,** $9, are topped with sour cream and pickled onions; however, they may overpower those genuine Wagyu flavors.
- **Pastrami Salmon Cones** at $6 surprise your taste buds with their unconventional pastrami notes.
For $9, the **Guava Berry Kiss** cocktail delivers a refreshing, fruity drink that pairs beautifully with the dishes.
**Nosh or Not**
Consider visiting STK’s Happy Hour if you:
- Appreciate upscale dining.
- Enjoy adventurous cuisines.
- Want quality STK experience with a lower price tag.
You might skip if:
- Budget-friendly, fulfilling meals are a priority.
- You prefer simple, familiar dishes.
- You’re after the full evening dining experience.
**Overall**
Enjoy delightful STK flavors without breaking the bank. Whether sampling cocktails or sharing plates with friends, Happy Hour is a perfect choice for treating yourself on a budget!
