It's tough to stroll through Disneyland's Grand Californian lobby without being tempted by the sweet aromas. Near the main hall, the Great Hall Cart is serving up charming seasonal treats. We checked out two of the latest offerings: the Pluto Whoopie Pie and the Daisy Loaf Cake. Let's just say one left a lasting impression, but not in the way we expected.

The Pluto Whoopie Pie, priced at $10, grabs attention with its vibrant colors and themed appearance. Yet, the taste was a huge letdown, with its artificial flavor and messy presentation overshadowing its initial appeal. It's more of a "look but don't eat" kind of treat.

On the flip side, the Daisy Loaf Cake ($14) was a delightful surprise. This blueberry lemon cake was both visually stunning and delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors that justified the splurge and detour.

The Great Hall Cart offers more than just these treats, featuring an extensive menu including sweet treats like a Goofy Crisped Rice Treat ($9) and Clarabelle Macarons ($25), as well as alcoholic beverages and novelty items. Although the Pluto Whoopie Pie may not be worth another try, the Daisy Loaf Cake certainly earns its place as a must-have.
