Get ready to indulge at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts! We are live, exploring the food studios, artistic performances, and merchandise. Join us at Tangierine Cafe: Flavors of the Medina in Morocco for both returning and NEW treats!

Discover fresh flavors from the Mediterranean and North Africa. The Grilled Kebabs and Stone-baked Moroccan Bread are back, now with a NEW Avocado-Coconut Custard Tart. Let’s dive into these delightful dishes!

The Stone-baked Moroccan Bread with assorted dips ($5.25) is a staple, and we found the red dip to be salty and tangy, while the green dip tasted of mint, chimichurri, and cilantro or parsley. The third dip is traditional hummus—a solid companion to the bread.

For dessert, the Avocado-Coconut Custard Tart ($5.25), part of the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine, is a standout, plant-based treat with a pomegranate cream and henna-inspired gelée. The tart’s crust adds flavor depth, although the taste might not please everyone.

There are interesting drinks as well: Chai Tea-Mint Fizz ($4.75) and its alcoholic version with sparkling wine ($12), alongside the Rekorderlig Strawberry-Lime Hard Cider or the Keel Farms Blueberry Lavender Hard Cider ($5.75 for 6 oz or $9.75 for 12 oz each). New this year is the Parish Brewing Co. Mango Mochi.

If you're seeking plant-based options, this is the booth for you—and even if you’re not, the flavors might just win you over. We love the bread, dips, and the new tart, eagerly anticipating more offerings at future festivals.

That wraps up this booth, but stay tuned for much more!
