Feeling ready and excited? Another festival has launched at EPCOT!
At the 2025 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, we’re exploring food studios, artistic performances, merchandise, and more. Don’t worry about the abundance; we’re here to guide you. Head over to Goshiki to try familiar snacks and new drinks!
**Menu**
At Goshiki, enjoy Japanese-inspired food and drinks. The famous Sushi Donut returns, accompanied by new food and drinks this year.
Now, let’s get into the food!
**Eats**
The Wagyu Bun, priced at $9.75, features a steamed bun filled with American wagyu beef, served with green shiso sauce. This year, Disney added Japanese karashi mustard sauce and violet shiso sauce, enhancing its complexity. The Wagyu beef is tender, and the bun is light with a hint of sweetness.
Next, try the new Taiyaki for $6.75, a crispy, fish-shaped pastry filled with sweet red bean, whipped topping, and blueberry popping boba. The pastry is flaky and buttery, and the sweet red bean doesn’t overpower other flavors.
And the classic Sushi Donut is back! Priced at $8.75, it includes salmon, tuna, shrimp, cucumber, and sesame seeds with wasabi aioli, sriracha aioli, and eel sauce. This year’s version boasts freshly prepared ingredients and a perfectly sticky rice base.
**Drinks**
Japan’s drinks menu shines this year! Start with the Okinawa Lemonade, a $6.75 non-alcoholic option with Shikuwasa Citrus. It’s sweet, with citrus tang cutting through the sugar.
For a bit of kick, try the Yuzu IPA, available in 6 oz for $5.75 and 12 oz for $9.75. Also, the Junmai Daiginjyo Sake Flight for $16.75 offers plum, yuzu hyuganatsu, and sakuranbo cherry flavors.
The Masu Sake in a personalized wooden cup, a festival classic this year, is priced at $14 and can be personalized.
**Overall**
This booth is a standout this year, with the Wagyu Bun possibly topping the beloved Cheeseburger Pods. All the offerings are exceptional.
That concludes this booth, but there’s plenty more to explore!
