When you're dining at Disneyland, the variety is extensive—you can go from quick bites to comforting meals and even enjoy upscale dining. We recently visited Carthay Circle Restaurant at Disney California Adventure to see what's on offer. This restaurant draws inspiration from the theater where *Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs* premiered. Inside, it feels like an elegant movie palace with intricate details and various seating options. It's sophisticated and lively, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the park. The service was impeccable as always!
**Menu**
The menu features an extensive list of cocktails and American-inspired entrees. The two-course pre-fixe meal is priced at $59 for adults and $19 for children.
**Eats**
We kicked things off with the Farmers Market Stone Fruit & Burrata Toast, part of the pre-fixe course. This dish had bright, colorful presentation and a symphony of flavors. The toast was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Next, came the Santa Maria Grilled Tri Tip—a perfectly cooked and flavorful dish with ranchero black beans, roasted poblano chilies, and fresh corn.

To pair with our meal, we tried the Carthay Mai Tai. Bursting with cherry and pineapple flavors, it had a delightful tropical vibe, yet delivered a subtle punch with its rum base.
