Hidden away in this land, look for the windmill at The Burning Blade Tavern. We tried the scrumptious Charred Loaded Potato for $11.49 — hickory char-crusted with Monterey Jack, sour cream, jalapeño bacon, and chives.

This delightful potato dish was exceptional, with flavors rivaling those of upscale urban dining spots — completely unexpected for a theme park.
WOW!
The charred flavor, paired with the spicy kick from jalapeño bacon, was simply divine. It's also quite filling — perfect for sharing between two to three people.
