Choosing where to dine at Disney World can be quite a task with such a vast selection available, whether you're in the mood for casual bites, cozy comfort food, or an elegant dining experience. We recently checked out The Artist’s Palette at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, and we’re excited to share our impressions with you. Is this spot worth adding to your itinerary? Let’s dive in!
**The Atmosphere**
The Artist’s Palette is a counter service venue equipped with a dine-in section, a convenience store, and a shopping area. With plenty of seating, tall ceilings, and minimalistic art adding charm, it’s perfect for a laid-back meal. You can place your order either at the counter or via mobile.
**The Menu**
Expect a range of options here, from pizzas, sandwiches, and salads to sweet treats and beverages. They even stock some grocery items for those planning a picnic.
**What We Tried**
First on our list was the Avocado Toast with Chips at $10.99. While the bread wasn’t exactly toasty, the fresh vegetables and flavors delighted us. The Saratoga Chips were a tasty, crunchy addition. We also had the Hot Italian Panini for $13.49, which, despite a less-than-perfect tomato soup, impressed us with its balance of flavors. This was a standout dish with its crispy bread and satisfying filling.
For dessert, we tried the Hole in One brownie at $5.99 and the Bullseye Cupcake at $6.79. The brownie, though a bit dry, paired nicely with its caramel-pecan filling. Despite the cupcake being slightly dry, the filling and frosting made it a rich treat—perfect for a warm day at the parks.
**Visit or Skip?**
Consider visiting if you’re staying at Saratoga Springs, looking for a post-game meal after golf, or eager to enjoy a Toy Story-themed dessert. However, if you’re seeking a gourmet experience or unique flavors, it might not be worth straying from your path.
Overall, The Artist’s Palette provides a satisfactory experience with more variety than typical park options, though nothing truly out-of-this-world.
