The Disney Adventure is Disney Cruise Line‘s newest ship, and we got to check it all out!

Full Spread from Tiana’s Bayou Lounge!

We’ve tried the restaurants, checked out the pools, explored the ship, and more on the Disney Adventure. There is just SO much to do on board, like some exclusive dining experiences and even some Disney attractions at sea! You can check out our big overview on the ship right here, but we wanted to break down a specific location that has some special details — the Tiana’s Bayou Lounge!

Get a sneak peek of the Disney Adventure cruise ship.

Tiana’s Bayou Lounge is themed after Disney’s Princess and the Frog. This space was absolutely STUNNING, and it took our breath away when we first walked in!

Tiana’s Bayou Lounge

There aren’t too many seats here, so it’s not the largest place, but we really love that there are couches and normal chairs, and there are even a few seats inside the literal bar!

Look at that bar!

On the menu, you’ll find multiple different drink options, including mocktails and Zero Proof options, along with a few eats from Mama Odie’s Kitchen.

To drink, we grabbed the Absinthe Frappe for $12, which is made with Pernod Absinthe, Anisette, and Soda. Absinthe is known for having a very strong, upscale liquor taste, almost like black licorice, and that was certainly the main flavor here, but as a well-blended frozen drink, it made this tons of fun to drink and very refreshing. Now, if you’re someone who prefers Absinthe how it normally is, you may not like it frozen, but if you want something unique, we say this is a great option.

To eat, we snagged the Beignet for $2, and while this was more like a donut than a beignet, we still enjoyed it. It came with a side of maple syrup, which was very interesting, and since it was more donut-like, it was more dense and heavy than a normal beignet. Was it worth $2? Sure, but we also recommend checking out some of the free desserts around the ship first.

That’s it for Tiana’s! But we have lots more to explore and share with you!
