Now is the perfect moment to plan a trip to Disneyland Resort with so much happening—and even more on the horizon.

Disneyland’s 70th Anniversary Celebration kicks off on May 16th, bringing fresh attractions, beloved parades making a comeback, and exciting new snacks to enjoy. Before the party starts, we've already sampled some of Disneyland's newest tasty treats.

New and limited-time bites have just landed at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure, and of course, we had to give them a try!

Starting with the Matterhorn Puff from Edelweiss Snacks, it's a cold delight filled with cheesecake, lemon curd, and fresh blueberries, all topped with white chocolate and snow sugar. The mix of flavors is balanced and refreshing.

At Tropical Hideaway, we gave the Matcha Float a try. It's a unique combination of DOLE WHIP with strawberry and mango swirl, drizzled with white chocolate and toasted coconut. While matcha can be polarizing, the aftertaste was more appealing than the initial sip for us.

Over at the Mint Julep Bar, we were wowed by the Pineapple Mickey Beignets, which pack a tart punch with their pineapple powdered sugar, though we wished for more filling. These warm, fluffy delights are a must-try!

Cozy Cone Motel's Banana Cone-Nanza Churros didn't hit the mark for us, as the banana cream's artificial aftertaste was a letdown despite the perfect churro base.

At Aunt Cass Cafe, the Strawberries & Cream Cold Brew offered a sweet and rich experience akin to a chocolate-covered strawberry, with a thick consistency resembling a milkshake. It's an interesting twist for cold brew enthusiasts.

Tiana’s Palace offered a Beignet-flavored Cold Brew that, while tasty, didn’t quite deliver on the beignet promise, leaning more towards a cookies and cream flavor instead.

Red Rose Taverne's S'mores Butter Cake Sundae was a chocolate-heavy treat that nails the s'mores flavor, though a touch more graham cracker presence would enhance it.

Finally, the Pull-apart Pizza Bread found at various outdoor vending spots in Disney California Adventure turned out to be a cheesy, satisfying treat that was more like a tasty cheese bread than pizza, ideal for sharing.

We’re eager to explore more snacks at Disneyland, and you can stay updated with the latest news by following the Disney Food Blog. Will you try any of these new Disneyland eats? Share your thoughts!
