The final menu for the Farmers Feast Booth at EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival is here! The Summer Solstice menu introduces three exciting dishes, and we're thrilled to share that they definitely met our high expectations!
Let's jump into dessert first because why not? The Peach Cobbler, priced at $4.75, comes with delightful cinnamon gelato and streusel topping. The gelato tasted more like vanilla infused with cinnamon, which was a refreshing twist, and the warm cobbler combined with varied textures was just spot on. Surprisingly, it wasn't overly sweet - a real treat!
Next, we tried the Grilled Beef Strip Loin for $8.50, paired with creamy tomato risotto featuring Arborio Rice, tomato-beurre blanc, and basil pesto. The steak presented just the right amount of pink, and the sweet undertones from the tomatoes perfectly captured the essence of summer. This dish is something I would order time and again!
Lastly, the Heirloom Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella, priced at $5, truly impressed us. The tomatoes were ripe and delicious. While I wished for a bit more mozzarella, the balsamic vinaigrette added great acidity and saltiness that tied it together beautifully.
Overall, this menu is a must-try! Keep in mind, though, that CommuniCore Hall will be closing for renovations, so these offerings will soon move to the Florida Fresh booth.
