We've arrived at the 2025 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, and we're excited to explore the Uncork California booth!
This booth is all about the wine, with a tempting menu featuring a Mickey-shaped macaron and plenty of drinks to choose from. Let’s dive in!
**Menu Highlights:**
**Eats:** We can't resist the Mickey-shaped macaron, filled with caramel ganache and SNICKERS bar pieces, available for $8.50. It's a delightful treat with a crispy shell and light ganache, showcasing the perfect blend of chocolate and peanuts.
**Drinks:** Our top pick is the Cocktail Flight, featuring a Lychee Melon, California Wine, and Strawberry and Cola Cocktails for $20. The Lychee Melon Cocktail, with its refreshing mix of lychee, lime, and white wine aperitif, stole the show for us with its light and fruity taste.
The California Wine Cocktail delivered a sweet peach and gin flavor, while the Strawberry and Cola Cocktail, though sweet and intriguing with its combination of pinot noir and whisky, didn’t quite hit the mark for us. Lastly, the Green Apple Slush Cocktail was overly sweet and not a favorite, despite its fun presentation.
**Overall:** While some of the drinks were not our favorite due to their sweetness, the Snickers Macaron and Lychee Melon Cocktail were standout items that we’d definitely revisit. If you've visited the festival, share your thoughts in the comments!
