When visiting Disney’s BoardWalk, a must-see is the enchanting AbracadaBar. This magician-themed bar with its cozy, mystical atmosphere has long been a favorite for catching a drink and immersing oneself in its unique ambiance. They’ve recently added some new items to their menu, and we ventured out to see if their magic could be tasted in their food offerings. Come along as we dive into our experience!

AbracadaBar’s magician-inspired decor, dim lighting, and classic illusions whisk you away to a charming 1940s parlor. It's the perfect spot for a laid-back evening or a pre-dinner drink.

Be aware, though, that while the bar opens at 4 PM daily, the food menu starts at 5 PM and ends at 10 PM, so plan your visit accordingly.

Their menu is a magical match to the ambiance, featuring craft cocktails, champagnes, and wines. They also offer a variety of beers and some bar snacks.

We tried AbracadaBar's new menu items: the Bánh Mì Sliders ($14) and Lump Crab Fries ($17), paired with their signature cocktail, Hoodunit’s Punch ($17.50). Here’s how it went:

The sliders, with pork belly and sriracha aioli on a soft bun, were tasty and shareable but didn't quite wow us. The flavors were pleasant but lacked excitement. At $14, they’re a decent value but not a standout.

The Lump Crab Fries intrigued us with wasabi aioli and crab meat, but the execution fell short. The toppings didn’t elevate the standard Disney fries and left us wanting more flavor. Given the price, we wouldn't recommend these.

On the brighter side, Hoodunit’s Punch is a delicious tropical rum cocktail, though it lacks a unique Disney twist for $17.50.

So, should you visit AbracadaBar? Yes, for the themed atmosphere and cocktails. If you’re seeking a memorable dining experience, there might be better options on Disney’s BoardWalk.

We’d love to hear your thoughts! Have you been to AbracadaBar at Disney’s BoardWalk? What were your favorite items? Share your experiences in the comments!
