At Disney Food Blog, if there's one thing we're experts in, it's desserts! We've tasted everything from cakes to pies and, of course, ice cream at Disney World.
We have a soft spot for anything Oreo-flavored (cookies and cream works too), so we ventured to Disney Springs to dive into a new treat that resembles cracking open a fresh pack of cookies.
At Vivoli il Gelato, you can savor the Oreo Tiramisu, priced at $10.50. With layers of coffee-soaked Oreos and creamy mascarpone, it's quite the treat.
Gorgeous is an understatement! The dessert comes in an adorable cup that fits our spoon perfectly, revealing attractive layers of cream and Oreos. When scooped, it formed lovely little craters and stayed neatly on the spoon. The cream was thick yet airy, harmonizing perfectly with the texture of the Oreos.
The coffee-infused Oreos were soft with a satisfying bite, offering a mild coffee taste that complemented the chocolate. The crumbly topping added a charming crunch to the smooth mascarpone and coffee-soaked cookies. It hit just the right sweetness, never too sweet or bitter.
A surprising feature was its resilience against melting — a rarity in Florida’s heat! It was easy to enjoy as you strolled through Disney Springs, thanks to its handy cup.
Oreo enthusiasts should make a beeline to Disney Springs to try this delectable dessert. Meanwhile, keep up with Disney Food Blog for critical food reviews for your next Disney World visit.
