The much-anticipated 2025 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival is finally here!

Come along as we explore the Primavera Kitchen, a highlight among the Outdoor Kitchens at EPCOT's spring event. Make a stop here while admiring the stunning Disney topiaries, garden displays, and captivating entertainment. We're diving into Primavera Kitchen's offerings to see if it upholds the Italy Pavilion's festival booth reputation.

**Eats**
First on our list, the new *Insalata Arlecchino* with grape tomato, seasonal melon, mozzarella ciliegine, and balsamic dressing, priced at $7.50. Though simple, this dish left us wanting more harmony in flavors; the melon was too dominating.

Next, we tried the *Primavera Cacio Pepe e Gamberi*—penne, shrimp, zucchini, peas, and asparagus in a creamy cacio pepe sauce for $8.75. While the shrimp were well-prepared, the dish lacked sufficient sauce, leading to bland pasta.

For dessert, the *Chocolate Dirt Cannoli*, featuring a cannoli shell with cookies and cream filling, was $5.50. While the visual elements felt over-the-top, the taste was delightful and well-executed.

**Drinks**
Try the Italian-inspired Blood Orange Margarita for $12.00, a citrus-forward drink that masks the tequila taste well.

Alternatively, the *Caprese Cocktail* features basil-infused vodka, balsamic-tomato juice, and mozzarella for $16.00. This drink has a unique flavor but can feel heavy without ice.

Last year’s *Peroni Pilsner*, priced at $6.50/$11.00, is offered again.

**Overall**
While improved, Italy's offerings are still just fine; they're not standouts but deliver Italian flavors. If you’re not an Italian cuisine fan, you won’t miss much by skipping this booth.
