We recently sampled the latest creation from Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs—a stand in Downtown Disney—and we’d love to share our experience with you!
This small stand serves up corn dogs, and their latest offering, the Guacamole Corn Dog, is quite unique. It’s essentially guacamole inside a corn dog, deep-fried with tortilla chips, and topped with a savory garlic sauce—priced at $10.
Here's the scoop: the first bite offers a delightful crunch from the tortilla chips, complemented by the soft cornbread texture. The garlic sauce delivers a spicy kick, though it diminishes the guacamole flavor somewhat. For $10, it's a pretty good snack, but if spice isn't your thing, it might not be for you. Despite this, it’s a unique twist on the classic corn dog that we’d try again.
