Disney World offers a dizzying array of dining choices, making it tough to decide where to start. Luckily, we’re here to help you navigate the best—and maybe not so great—spots to eat.

We visited STK Steakhouse at Disney Springs to test out their “Steak Night America” prix fixe menu available from Sunday to Thursday for $69 per person. It’s a hidden gem, as there’s no sign indicating its existence on the menu. Is this stealthy deal worth the trip? Let’s see.

Atmosphere:
STK isn't your typical steakhouse. This two-story restaurant with a rooftop terrace and ambient lighting aims to make you feel relaxed while dining in style. But enough about the setting—let's dive into the menu.

Menu:
STK’s regular menu is quite expensive, with each entrée priced around $50, sides and sauces are additional. However, the prix fixe menu is a different story. It's affordable and includes an appetizer, entrée, shared dessert, and a bottle of Prosecco or red wine—all for $69 per person. But you have to request it.

Eats:
For appetizers, we tried the Lil’ Brgs and Jalapeño Pickled Shrimp Cocktail. The Lil’ Brgs feature wagyu-style beef sliders on buttery brioche buns, while the shrimp cocktail boasted juicy prawns with a spicy cocktail sauce. Both made for savory starters.

For entrées, we went with the Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass and a 6oz Filet. The sea bass was unexpectedly delightful, packed with umami flavor, while the filet was decent and well-cooked, albeit a bit simple.

Drinks:
The fixed menu includes a full bottle of Prosecco or wine—an unexpected bonus. While not extravagant, it pairs well with the meal.

Nosh or Not:
Consider STK for your Disney World visit if you’re looking for a value meal with a modern vibe. It might not be your pick if you prefer a classic steakhouse ambiance or want to avoid the steep a la carte prices.

In summary, STK isn’t essential for all visitors, but the prix fixe menu is a worthwhile venture. If you've tried STK, share your experience! Do you have any hidden favorites at Disney Springs?
