Hey everyone! Typhoon Lagoon has finally reopened as of May 1st, 2025, after months of refurbishment. Of course, we were there on opening day to indulge in some serious fun and sample lots of food!

From Pork Elote Nachos to a quirky Dole Whip Bathtub Sundae, we tried a bunch of items to see if they're worth your cash. Here's a peek at what we found!

Typhoon Lagoon, one of Disney World’s two water parks, is back, and soon it will be open alongside Blizzard Beach from May 21st to September 7th, a first in years!

Now, let's dig into the food! Over at Lowtide Lou’s, we grabbed a Barbecue Chicken Wrap. At $9.79, it's convenient if you're on the go but not the most exciting choice. For something sweeter, head to the Snack Shack for a $15.99 Dole Whip Bathtub Sundae that comes in a cute little tub you can keep.

For those who enjoy a good drink, Hammerhead Fred’s offers a robust Captain’s Mai Tai for $16.50, full of rum and tropical vibes.

Happy Landings Ice Cream serves an inventive Pineapple Upside-down Cone for $6.99, combining soft-serve with cake and caramel for a fresh twist.

If you need something heartier, Leaning Palms serves Pork Elote Nachos at $12.49—great for sharing but not a standout. Lastly, Typhoon Tilly’s offers a delightful Tropical Salad for $9.99, packed with tropical fruits and a refreshing vinaigrette.

Our top picks? The Pineapple Upside-down Cone, Tropical Salad, and the Mai Tai. Plus, who can resist Dole Whip in a bathtub? We’re thrilled Typhoon Lagoon is open again, and excited for both parks to operate together soon.

What do you think? Have you tried any of these? Share your favorite Typhoon Lagoon bites with us in the comments! 🌴
