Recommended Excursions on Disney Cruises?

Which Disney cruise excursions are worth it? I'm on the fence about if I should book one if I do a Disney cruise next year. On one hand, I think they sound like a lot of fun, but I also could see it being a little stressful having to stick to a strict schedule.

Which ones have you done? And if you didn't do any, did you feel like you were missing out?

I don't always do the excursions. My kids like taking advantage of the short wait times for the slide while other people are off the ship on excursions.

Everyone has different tastes and interests, but I really liked the Walking and Kayak Nature Adventure on Castaway! It's a little over 3 hours and $79 a person.

I want to go on any excursion that explores some caves and/or some scuba diving. However, I haven't been scuba diving before, so I might have to stick to just snorkeling!
