Spring is almost here, and Disney World is bursting into color! With the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival underway, the Hollywood Brown Derby in Hollywood Studios is refreshing its menu for the season. These new offerings make us eager to dig in!

Starting today, March 4th, the Hollywood Brown Derby adds four new appetizers, four new entrees, and tasty enhancements inspired by spring flavors. Here's a peek:

New appetizers include House-made Ravioli with English peas, Carrot Purée and Pickled Alba Mushrooms, and Sake-braised Pork Belly featuring Apple-Ginger Purée and Shiitake Mushrooms.

The tempting entrée options include Filet Mignon with Spicy Broccoli Rabe and Black Garlic Butter, Grilled Ōra King Salmon paired with Creamed Corn Succotash, and Lamb Shank with a Quinoa-Pea Salad.

Enhance your meal with Au Gratin Potatoes or Braised Wild Mushrooms for that extra savory touch.
