Disney's Hollywood Studios is about to get a major facelift by revamping one of its underwhelming areas! While [PizzeRizzo](https://www.disneyfoodblog.com/pizzerizzo/) might be known for its less-than-stellar "rat pizza" (seriously, if you know, you know!), its charming decorations and witty Muppets tributes have always been a hit. Sadly, it's set to close to make space for a new [Monsters, INC. land](https://www.disneyfoodblog.com/monsters-inc-land-disney-worlds-hollywood-studios/). And what better way to bid farewell than throwing a prom?!
We recently attended the delightful (albeit unofficial) PizzeRizzo Prom! It was an eclectic gathering that captured the colorful spirit of the Muppets. Attendees rocked some fabulous and fun outfits, from matching the restaurant's quirky decor to creative designs like pasta hats and salad purses. This cheerful send-off was complete with music, food, and, of course, a costume contest for fans to strut their stuff.
With the closing of PizzeRizzo, Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano, and eventually Muppet*Vision 3D, there's an air of nostalgia among Disney fans. While change is inevitable, the memories we have of these places will remain.
