If you’re planning a stay at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, there’s both good and bad news.
The good news is you have a stay coming up at the Grand Floridian! The bad news is that **The Courtyard Pool will be closed for refurbishment from January 20th to late February**, which means winter swimming there won’t be possible.
The pool, spa, and Courtyard Pool Bar will also be unavailable during this time. Keep this in mind if you’re planning a stay at the Grand Floridian.
However, the resort's main pool, the Beach Pool, remains open for guests, as does the nearby Beaches Pool Bar.
The Courtyard Pool closure coincides with ongoing refurbishments at Stormalong Bay at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club hotels and the Fantasia Pool at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort. Guests at these hotels can use other available leisure pools.
