Disney has submitted a permit to conduct work at the Tree of Life in Animal Kingdom. This iconic tree currently hosts "It’s Tough to Be a Bug." While the permit, filed on February 3rd, 2025, is for "general construction," it doesn't mean the show is being demolished, but it could indicate preparations for the upcoming "Zootopia: Better Zoogether!" show. "It’s Tough to Be a Bug" is set to close by March 17th, 2025, and "Zootopia: Better Zoogether!" is expected to debut in late 2025, showcasing characters like Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde from the movie Zootopia. Interestingly, Disney has been busy with permits for other attractions too, including renovations for the Haunted Mansion and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. Disney sure has a lot happening this year!
