Get ready for a new dining experience at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts! A brand new restaurant, **Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina**, is set to replace the beloved Shula’s Steak House. Chef Michael Mina, known for his multiple Michelin-starred restaurants, is bringing a modern twist to the classic American steakhouse, complete with globally-inspired beef and seafood dishes, exquisite desserts, and top-notch beverages. This upcoming spot will be Chef Mina's third location in Florida, joining his successful Miami and Delray Beach venues.
Shula’s Steak House, known for its nods to Miami Dolphins' 1972 "Perfect Season" and its cozy steakhouse vibe, will continue to take reservations until June 14th, 2025. As we anticipate Bourbon Steak's mid-summer opening, we’re eager to see what culinary creations Chef Mina has in store for us in Orlando.
