Mickey's Halloween Party Wristband

I have this wrist band on my arm from the party last night and it wont come off. The more I try to fidget with it the tighter it gets, and I don't have scissors.

How do you normally get these things off?

You can go to the front desk and they can give you scissors to cut it off. I hope you had a great time at the Halloween party!
