Now that there's no longer a need to wait until 1 PM to park hop and reservations aren't required for the first park, how does it work?

Can I just wake up and decide which park I want to visit? Am I able to hop between parks multiple times in a day and go back and forth, or is it limited to one visit per park each day? Is there truly no time requirement, allowing me to stay at a park for just 30 minutes before heading to another?

im not sure about any of the intricacies and rules but we opted to NOT do the park hopper. We spent two days at Disneyland and still didn't get to do everything we wanted. We'll probably just always treat the parks as two wholly separate parks. I'd never try to do Knott's and D-land in the same day. Same here. Not worth it. Not enough time. And any restriction at all sounds ridiculous.

So I've done all four parks in 1 day, as a passholder you get that park hopper built into the price.

I was tired, though. I think I crossed over 35k steps in my apple fitness app.
Would I recommend 4 parks in a day? nope. If you're going to EPCOT, it's a quick hop over to Hollywood Studios. It could be argued the monorail ride from Magic to EPCOT isn't that bad.
The one park that doesn't get that much love is Animal Kingdom, which some folks think is only a half day park.

Enjoy your vacation is what I say, don't try to cram every little thing, otherwise you'd make going to Disney World miserable, when it should be enjoyable!
