If you're heading to Disney World, the My Disney Experience app will become essential for your trip.
EPCOT
The app allows you to check into your hotel, unlock your room door, place Mobile Orders for food, utilize Mobile Check-Out for souvenirs, and reserve Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass reservations. Speaking of Lightning Lanes, we discovered a feature that will be very useful for keeping track of all your booked Lightning Lanes while in the parks.
If you've booked Lightning Lanes at Magic Kingdom, you can view a list of the three you can have marked at once, but did you know you can also see them on the map in My Disney Experience?

This feature is incredibly useful if you're not familiar with the park layout, helping you avoid backtracking when visiting different Lightning Lanes. You can check the times and plan the best route accordingly, plus view dining reservation times directly in the app.

Another great aspect is that these times stay visible on the map for the entire three-hour window, allowing you to organize a substantial part of your day more efficiently.

While at Disney World, to optimize your Lightning Lane visits with minimal walking, check the map on the My Disney Experience app by clicking the location icon at the bottom. You can also use the “Filter” option at the top to select which park to view.
