TRON Lightcycle / Run is a top attraction at Magic Kingdom, but there are some common challenges with this ride. Long wait times, locker hassles, and less-than-comfy seating can impact the experience. Recently, I faced issues with the lockers and want to share the solutions I found!
At the lockers, a couple using MagicMobile on their phones didn’t have physical ticket cards, a situation I've encountered before. To open a locker, you need a ticket card. If you’re without one, simply ask a Cast Member for a blank card to use.
I often carry a bulky backpack, which doesn’t always fit in the lockers. If you have a similar problem, tell a Cast Member who will guide you to place your bag safely at the boarding area. Just remember, bags aren’t monitored when left there.
I once had my backpack straps caught in the locker door (which opens on the opposite side). The solution? Ask a locker attendant for help. A Cast Member was able to retrieve my bag swiftly. Cast Members really are a lifesaver.
