Disney’s Animal Kingdom is about to look a lot different. It’s already changed quite a bit, thanks to the addition of Zootopia: Better Zoogether!. But DinoLand U.S.A. has been closing in phases while Disney works on a brand new land that will replace it, Pueblo Esperanza.

Well, Disney has been making big progress on the new land, which will feature two rides and a carousel, as well as new restaurants and stores. Now, we’ve got a new look at what construction progress looks like there.

Planning guide for the ultimate Disney vacation

We have some new brand new aerial photos of the site where Pueblo Esperanza is being built, thanks to @bioreconstruct. One photo shows a straight down shot at utility conduits that are being put in place for what will be the carousel in the land.

Here’s a closer look at those utility conduits that are being put in place from a slightly different angle.

Pueblo Esperanza will also have a village, and you can see where it will be — next to the Encanto ride in this photo, as well as the progress being made on it.

Here’s what it looks like from another angle. You can also see the progress that’s been made on the Encanto ride. Y’all…it’s coming right along.

In fact, you can see that the Casita from Encanto is coming along really well. We can actually see the bones of the ride’s show building and more.

Here’s a good overall look at the new land just before the rest of DinoLand closes.
