A new restaurant is slated for Walt Disney World, promising a treat that's bound to become beloved.
Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin at night
In spring 2025, Shula’s Steakhouse at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort will close, making way for a fresh dining experience: Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina.
Celebrity chef Michael Mina has crafted Bourbon Steak as a nod to the classic American steakhouse. Expect prime beef cuts, fresh seafood, and a vast selection of wines and spirits, including rare bourbons, all sourced locally.
Aside from the upcoming Orlando location, Bourbon Steak boasts branches in Del Ray Beach, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, New York, Orange County, Scottsdale, and Washington D.C. We recently checked out the Orange County spot to get a preview of what Disney World guests can expect.
The meal was an upscale experience, set in Dana Point, California, with a coastal ambiance.
Introducing: The French Fry Flight
Yes, you read that correctly—a flight of French fries. This complimentary offering is dubbed "the ultimate snack upgrade" and comes with three expertly seasoned fries paired with distinct dipping sauces.
The Duck Fat Fries Trio features three seasoned varieties, all fried in duck fat and matched with dipping sauces:
- Pastrami Fries with Ketchup
- Garlic Herb Fries with Black Truffle Aioli
- Dill Fries with Onion Crema
These mouthwatering fries, alongside the full Bourbon Steak menu, are shaping up to be a hit once it opens at the Disney World Dolphin hotel later this year. Keep an eye out for more updates on Disney World’s upcoming restaurant.
