EPCOT is known as the foodie theme park of Disney World, so it’s got to have PLENTY of great breakfast options…right?
Parisian Breakfast
If you’re expecting a Magic Kingdom-style lineup of waffles, eggs, and bacon on every corner, you’re going to be VERY disappointed. Surprisingly, EPCOT has one of the smallest breakfast selections in all of Disney World — opting more for pastries and light bites. Still, NOT ALL IS LOST! If you know where to look, you can absolutely start your park day with something solid — including some memorable sit-down meals!
We’re breaking down the FULL list of every single place you can get breakfast at EPCOT right now. Let’s dive in!
If you’re looking for a hearty sit-down breakfast at EPCOT, you’ll have three choices. Let’s start with Akershus Royal Banquet Hall!
Akershus
This is EPCOT’s signature character breakfast featuring Disney Princesses. The meal is served family-style and includes traditional American breakfast foods with a few Norwegian additions.
Breakfast at Akershus
The food is criminally underrated, and the experience as a whole is totally slept on. This is one of our favorite character dining experiences in all of Disney World!
Garden Grill Restaurant is another great character dining experience that stars Chip, Dale, Mickey, and his pals.
Dale at Garden Grill
The restaurant rotates inside The Land pavilion as it serves up a hearty family-style skillet with eggs, breakfast meats, pastries, and more.
Breakfast Skillet at Garden Grill
This is hands-down one of the most filling breakfasts in the park, and one you should definitely consider if you’re looking to fill your belly before a long park day.
La Crêperie de Paris is not a traditional American breakfast spot, per se, but it is the only non-character sit-down option that opens early enough for a morning meal.
Get ready for a BIG meal!
You can grab sweet or savory crepes, coffee, or dine from a prix fixe menu. There’s even a significantly cheaper prix fixe menu for kids!
Melba
If you’re craving crepes, head over to the France pavilion and treat yo’ self!
If you’re looking for a quick grab-and-go breakfast, EPCOT certainly has you covered. Connections Café in EPCOT’s World Celebration has a Starbucks that serves up classic breakfast sandwiches, pastries, coffee drinks, and Starbucks specialty drinks that you already know and love.

If you want to keep it simple and reliable, this is the spot for you.
The Land’s Sunshine Seasons serves breakfast platters, pastries, and quick hot items early in the day.
Breakfast, anyone?
We always recommend checking out the chilled desserts bar and bakery case for some tasty finds!
Back in the France pavilion, Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie offers FANTASTIC brunch items, such as fresh croissants, quiche, baguette sandwiches, and coffee — all for affordable prices!

Look at this thing!
While the breakfast options aren’t your usual fare, the pastries are especially tasty and well worth getting several of!
We’re heading to Norway next to visit Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe!
School Bread
This bakery offers sweet pastries and light breakfast bites, but it’s a crime if you come here and don’t try the famous school bread — a sweet roll filled with custard and dipped in coconut!
There’s also a new and inexpensive cinnamon roll with orange icing that seriously blew us away.
Cinnamon Roll with Orange Cream Cheese Icing
Over in France, Crêpes À Emporter is a walk-up window next to La Crêperie that serves sweet and savory crepes.
Crepes A Emporter
If you want crepes on-the-go without the whole sit-down experience, this is an ideal breakfast spot.
Several other restaurants open early but don’t serve typical breakfast foods, such as La Cantina de San Angel in Mexico.
La Cantina de San Angel
It opens during breakfast hours, but you’ll need a different kind of appetite because it offersfare like tacos, nachos, and Mexican entrees rather than eggs and pancakes.
Fife & Drum Tavern is also open early, but it’s probably not ideal for breakfast.
Fife & Drum Tavern
This American Adventure offering primarily serves things like hot dogs, turkey legs, Mickey pretzels, soft-serve, and popcorn.
These aren’t full restaurants, but they DO open early with light breakfast-friendly snacks. For example, both Oasis Sweets & Sips and The Land Cart have some solid choices.
Açaí Parfait
You can grab coffee, pastries, or something small before your first ride. Maybe an Açaí Parfait from The Land Cart or a fruity slushy from Oasis Sweets & Sips!
Frozen Citrus Pomegranate Slushy
While the options are slightly limited, grabbing breakfast in EPCOT is totally possible — and even recommended!
We are always visiting Disney World restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to give you the most up-to-date reviews, so be sure to keep it posted right here at the Disney Food Blog for all the latest!
