What are some of your favorite souvenirs you can get in Disney World?

I know from one trip with @Bayley we stopped at the kiosk in Japan at EPCOT and did the oyster where they would pull a pearl from a shell - that was a lot of fun for a few minutes and they could turn the pearl into a necklace, earrings (if you bought two) or ring.

I like that during one of your solo trips to Disney, you did the silhouette souvenir.
We always walked past the caricatures and silhouettes in the parks. Looks like you didn't make that mistake.
