Feeling the Halloween vibes? We definitely are, now that the Oogie Boogie Bash has officially begun at Disney California Adventure! We were there live and soaking in all the spooky fun, especially the exclusive snacks and drinks. Let's dive into those delicious details!
Our visit started with Award Wieners, where we tried the Chili-Cheese Fries for $13.49. They're a tasty mix of Filmstrip Fries, Chili, Cheese, Red Onion, and Crushed Spicy Cheese Puffs. While the flavors are a hit and we gave it a 5/5 for taste, the steep price for the portion was a bit much for us.
Next, we warmed up at Cars Land with an Ube Hot Chocolate with Vanilla Vodka for $16 from the Cozy Cone Motel. This drink is rich with ube flavor, although the vodka and vanilla (that interestingly tastes like toasted marshmallow) are subtle. It's a comforting drink perfect for a cooler evening.
Returning favorites like the Loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries at Flo’s V8 Café are back, complete with Blue Cheese, Buffalo Chicken Tenders, Celery Bits, and Ranch Dressing for $14.99. With the right balance of spice and cool ranch, these are a must-try if you can handle the heat!
Also back are Carolina Loaded Tenders for the same price, with tangy Carolina BBQ sauce, dill pickle ranch, and chopped pickles. They begin sweet, but bring on the heat—a bit more than the typical Disney spice level—though the ranch evens things out.
