EPCOT vs. Hollywood Studios

If someone doesn't have time for all four theme parks and they need to choose between Hollywood Studios and EPCOT, which would you recommend to them? Which has the better rides, experiences, and theming?

I know you asked about rides, but food is a big deal to me so I have to go with EPCOT. They have something for everyone, and the seasonal festivals make it so there's always something new to see.

I always tell people that if you're a Star Wars fan or you're big on entertainment and shows, go to Hollywood Studios.

If you're a foodie, go to EPCOT.

It's hard to compare rides. Hollywood Studios has more options for more thrilling rides, but now EPCOT has Cosmic Rewind which I personally think is one of Disney's best roller coasters.
