Exciting developments are underway at Disneyland Resort, reaching beyond the park itself!
If you've driven there, you'd know traffic can be a nightmare during peak times. To tackle this, a significant project is in motion in the Disneyland parking area, which you should keep an eye on. Although much of it is still behind the scenes, we got a peek at what's to come!
A new parking structure and transportation hub is planned for Disneyland Resort's east side, using part of the current Manchester Cast Member parking lot. This project aims to provide around 6,000 parking spaces, shuttle and rideshare zones, additional security, and better access from Disney Way to ease the parking and traffic situation.
What catches my eye is the upcoming pedestrian bridge over Harbor Boulevard, promising a seamless esplanade arrival experience and easier public access. We checked out the location, imagining the future convenience the bridge will offer over the busy intersections.
