Recently, Drew Hagen shared a significant update about Disney World’s souvenir shipping policy. After checking it out at Disney Springs, we’ve seen the prices have surged.
Did you know there's a shipping service at Disney where you can send home those awkwardly-sized souvenirs like lightsabers and droids? Prices used to be between $20-$40, but they're now steeper.
At Disney World's Marketplace Co-Op Shipping location, expect these new rates when sending items home:
- **$19.99** for packages valued $0-$100
- **$34.99** for packages valued $100.01-$250
- **$74.99** for packages valued $250.01-$500
- **$99.99** for packages valued $501.01 and up
Previously, costs for packages $0-$500 were $20-$34.99, with a max fee of $39.99 for anything over $500. Now those prices have jumped!
To save a bit, keep pricier items with you and ship lesser items to minimize costs. Nearby postal stores, like the UPS Store at Flamingo Crossings, can be an alternative.
Be aware, delivery could take up to two weeks. If you need something urgently or as a gift, consider carrying it with you.
