Disney+ is revising its subscriber agreement, which could impact your subscription.

New subscribers experienced these changes from January 27th, 2025, while existing users will see them from March 24th, 2025, unless you acknowledge an in-app notification before then.

One notable update is the inclusion of Hulu terms for all subscribers, even if it's not relevant to you. Changes also touch on billing and payment processes, and now allow you to "pause" your subscription—a handy feature if you're taking a break or awaiting new seasons of your favorite shows.

The agreement will also clarify that some titles and content types will display ads, even for those in "no ads" or "ad-free" tiers. Disney also reminds users they aren't responsible for content on sites or services outside of Disney+, ESPN+, or Hulu.

Additionally, the same arbitration agreement will now apply to Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu. While many of these updates are clarifications, it's always wise to review new terms when they change.
