Exciting updates are happening at Disney's Hawaiian resort! Aulani, located in Ko Olina, Hawaii, has rolled out a new housekeeping policy effective from the end of May. Now, room cleaning services — including tasks like bed making, vacuuming, dusting, and more — will be provided every other day during a guest's stay, with bed sheets changed every four nights or upon request.

While Disney Vacation Club Members aren’t affected, guests can request daily housekeeping if preferred. Disney explained that these adjustments aim to support sustainability, improve operations efficiency, and enhance guest privacy, offering a more personalized experience.

Opened in 2011, Aulani beautifully reflects Hawaiian culture, designed under the creative guidance of Joe Rohde. It's intriguing how the resort seamlessly blends cultural concepts, like the traditional ahupua’a, into its architecture. What are your thoughts on these changes? Have you been to Aulani before? Haven't made it to Aulani (Yet).

I'm happy Disney World has brought back daily house keeping! I know its a lot, but glad it's back!
