Your next Disney Cruise could have a new twist thanks to an important update! Disney Cruise Line recently rolled out changes to their luggage tags in hopes of streamlining the embarkation process. If you're planning a cruise soon, here's what you need to know!

Disney Cruise Line introduced a new luggage tag format designed to simplify things for travelers. The tags differentiate between Concierge, Non-Concierge, and GTY rooms, each tied to a specific color by ship. However, Concierge tags no longer have a separate color but now feature a crossed-key icon. GTY tags include a space for adding room numbers when assigned. Also gone are the barcodes, replaced with larger stateroom numbers to ease legibility.

Interestingly, this mix might mean two different styles of tags on the same sailing – don’t worry if you've got the older tags; you won't need to replace them. And if luggage tags arrive late, you'll find more at the port.

I’m curious about what you think of this change. Do you think the new system will make things smoother for passengers? Drop your thoughts below!
