Do you enjoy playing with your food? Admit it, sometimes you do! Well, this festival review is for you.

We’re live at the 2025 EPCOT Festival of the Arts, exploring the food studios, artistic performances, merchandise, and more. Don’t feel overwhelmed—we’ve got all the info you need for your visit. Let's visit Deconstructed Dish to try some revamped snacks and delicious new drinks!

Menu

At the Deconstructed Dish, fan-favorite dishes return with a twist. While all the food items are back, there's a new non-alcoholic beverage we’re eager to try.

Eats

We loved this booth last year and can't wait to try it again in 2025! We’re starting with the Deconstructed BLT, made with pork belly, a soft poached egg, onion bread pudding, watercress espuma, and tomato jam for $7.25. The onion bread pudding, added in 2023, thankfully remains a part of this dish!

As expected, this dish was fantastic! The pork belly was juicy and tender, while the soft poached egg added a delightful creaminess. The onion bread pudding was savory and herbaceous, while the tomato jam gave a sweet twist. Every bite combined for an outstanding experience.

Next is the Deconstructed Key Lime Pie, available for $6.50. It features Flexible Key Lime Curd, “Key Lime” Mousse, Graham Cracker Cake, and Meringues and is part of the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine. Like past festivals, this dish doesn’t disappoint — it's like a key lime pie creatively disassembled on a plate.

Drinks

From the drink menu, we tried the Deconstructed Strawberry Mint Julep— a returning favorite made with frozen mint, simple syrup, and strawberry purée for $4.75, or with Jim Beam bourbon for $12. We opted for the nonalcoholic version, which felt more like a minty strawberry smoothie than a mint julep. An ideal choice if you’re after a refreshing mocktail!

The menu also features Wicked Weed Brewing Blank Canvas Belgian Blonde Witbier for $5.75 or $9.75, depending on size.

Overall

This booth was once again a hit for us. The creative concept truly embodies the festival’s celebration of the art of FOOD! The BLT remains an all-time favorite, and the Key Lime Pie continues to delight year after year. If you’re seeking classic dishes served in a unique, elevated way, check out Deconstructed Dish!

That’s it for this booth, but there's plenty more to discover!
