**Walt Disney — A Magical Life**
The highly awaited Walt Disney-themed attraction, "Walt Disney — A Magical Life," featuring an animatronic Walt in his studio office, has faced a setback. Initially set to open on May 16, 2025, it will now debut on July 17, 2025, alongside new exhibits at Main Street Opera House. This first-of-its-kind animatronic promises an incredible experience of Walt Disney's life via remastered footage and audio.
Excitement doesn't stop there. New additions in the exit lobby will offer previews of upcoming projects, showcasing Disney's progression since its inception.
For nostalgia lovers, original artifacts from Walt’s Main Street apartment, including his Emmy, Presidential Medal of Freedom, and Commemorative Medal, will be on display. These will be part of a gallery highlighting Disneyland’s evolution, starting July 17th.
**Main Street Cinema and 'it's a small world' Updates**
Main Street, U.S.A. is set to see more changes with the Main Street Cinema showing "The Last Verse," a touching tribute to the Sherman brothers and their work on "it's a small world." Don't forget your tissues!
Additionally, "it's a small world" will feature a new third verse of its iconic song, written by Richard M. Sherman in his final Disney piece.
