As the year kicks off, Disney ramps up its scheduled maintenance, affecting pools, hotels, and rides. It’s no shocker; many attractions close temporarily around this time, and Disneyland is bustling with activity due to projects like a new *Coco* ride and an *Avatar*-themed area. Adding to this, the beloved Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout ride at Disney California Adventure will shut down on March 1st for refurbishment.
As per Disneyland’s refurbishment calendar, not only will Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout be closed starting March 1st, but so will attractions like the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail and Grizzly River Run. Unfortunately, there’s no reopening date yet for the Marvel fan-favorite ride, originally the Tower of Terror, which was transformed in 2017 into its current form, seamlessly blending into the Avengers Campus.
This ride remains popular, despite its mid-March closure period looming. Do you think these refurbishments enhance the Disneyland experience, or do they throw a wrench in your plans? Share your thoughts!
