I'm planning a trip to Disney World but have a friend coming who suffers from pretty severe anxiety. I'm worried she's going to miss out on rides with long lines because she won't be able to handle standing in the crowd.
I know DAS (Disability Access Service) is an option, but have never used it myself, plus all those changes just happened with Disney updating their rules due to people taking advantage of the system to cut the lines. I feel like anxiety is something that can be difficult to "prove" since it's not a physical disability and it could be used for people who want to try to cheat the system.
Anyone here have any experience with DAS for anxiety? Or have tips to help my friend make the most of her Disney experience while she's here?
Thank you!
