After almost a year of closure, Pteranodon Flyers is soaring once more!
It unexpectedly shut down in mid-April 2024, leaving us all in suspense wondering if it was closed for good or just a temporary pause. Fortunately, it's back to delight us.
This ride offers kids and their accompanying adult a unique chance to glide above Jurassic Park in Universal Islands of Adventure! With seats suspended from the track above, it’s a fun way for youngsters to experience the park.
This ride is specifically designed for young adventurers! Guests over 54 inches must have a partner who meets the 36-inch requirement but remains under 54 inches.
The ride just opened this morning, and wait times are already around 50 minutes, so clearly everyone’s thrilled it’s back!
Nestled in the Jurassic Park area of Islands of Adventure, Pteranodon Flyers is a fantastic kid-friendly experience, perfect while older siblings brave the Jurassic World VelociCoaster or Jurassic Park River Adventure. And don't miss Camp Jurassic, a dinosaur-themed playground where kids can expend some energy.
