The Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure is back and we're diving into all it features! Running through January 7th, 2026, the event brings festive decor, entertainment, exclusive merchandise, and a plethora of food booths that are pulling in Disney fans from everywhere - including us!

Let’s dive into some highlights:

**Paradise Garden Grill**
We started with the new Tacos Dorados de Camarón for $14.49. Fried shrimp tacos dressed with zesty slaw, salsa roja, salsa macha, and crema served with Spanish rice and refried beans offered delightful spice. If you love heat and fresh flavors, these are a must-try!

Next up, the Al Pastor Torta, priced at $15.49, was massive and shareable. The combination of grilled pineapple, al pastor, and chorizo topped with salsa was a flavor explosion. Despite some stale chips, it was a tasty experience.

The Achiote Half Chicken at $19.49 impressed us. The chicken was juicy with a nice peppery skin. Although the rice was a bit bland, the beans saved the day with their creamy texture and savory flavor.

**Outdoor Vending**
We tried the Mint Chocolate Chip Cotton Candy for $6.50. While the mint was light and the chocolate barely apparent, cotton candy lovers will enjoy its subtle twist.

**Smokejumpers Grill**
The Spicy Cajun Loaded Fries for $8.99 were a hit! These fries were packed with hot links, bell peppers, cheese, and Cajun seasoning - a definite flavor party, though the corn was slightly overdone.

**Rita’s Turbine Blenders**
Finally, we sipped on the Hot Blueberry Cider for $7.79. It was intensely sweet with strong blueberry notes—a divisive drink depending on your sweet tooth.

This festival has something for everyone, showcasing a delightful array of festive offerings. What dishes are you eager to try or have already enjoyed? Let us know in the comments!
