The Asteria community planned for North Carolina, after facing some hurdles, is back on track with progress underway!
Asteria is the second Storyliving project, following Cotino in California. Efforts are being made to address environmental impacts, including plans to preserve trees and manage stormwater smartly, following input from a local non-profit.
Recently, developers secured 217 acres of land for Asteria, part of a larger 1500-acre project, with plans for 4,000 homes to launch by 2027. This represents just the beginning of a nine-step process, with layout plans soon to be public for all to see.
