For flights starting May 28th, 2025, only Rapid Rewards A-List Preferred Members and Business Select fare passengers will continue to enjoy two free checked bags. Others will receive one free bag, while some customers need to pay for checked luggage. The Rapid Rewards points system is also recalibrating, offering more rewards for Business Select fares while reducing points on other fare types.
