Disney has plenty of exciting projects underway, including a new Cars expansion and Villains Land at Magic Kingdom. Also in progress are developments at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the transformation of DinoLand into Pueblo Esperanza at Animal Kingdom.
Recently, two permits caught our attention: one for EPCOT’s new Spaceship Earth Lounge and another for Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in Magic Kingdom’s Liberty Square. Both are for installing new signage. With EPCOT's lounge expected to open in spring 2025, it promises to be a sleek, zen space with distinctive culinary delights. The contractor, Design Communications, Ltd., is already seasoned in Disney projects.
