We finally got a firsthand look at Universal Orlando’s new park, Epic Universe, and it was quite the experience!
Though photos were a no-go, the memories are etched in our minds. Our top pick? The How To Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk. With thrilling rides and stunning sights (hello, dragons!), we felt as if we stepped into a dream world.
One standout experience was Hiccup’s Wing Gliders. Designed by Hiccup himself, this exhilarating ride has you soaring through the sky with Hiccup and Toothless. It's a longer coaster, but smooth as can be—definitely a must-ride!
Meeting Hiccup and Toothless may just be the park's most popular meet and greet. Who could resist snapping a pic with them? The meet and greets at Epic Universe are truly immersive, especially if you're a How To Train Your Dragon fan.
The Fyre Drill is a water ride that's perfect for a hot day. You'll join Ruffnut and Tuffnut for a wet and wild boat battle that’ll have you laughing and completely soaked.
The Untrainable Dragon show will delight the kids (and probably you too). With dragons, battles, and new dragon species, it’s a fun, albeit maybe once-only experience for some.
Dragon Racer’s Rally lets you practice aerobatics on a Viking-built trainer. But be ready—it takes some muscle to maneuver those wings!
While there’s more to explore, like restaurants and a Viking Training Camp, this is our take so far. We're eager for a return trip to keep you updated.
Thinking about visiting Epic Universe this year? What excites you the most? Share your thoughts in the comments!
