Whataburger is very popular in many states and has been slowly expanding throughout the country. While the chain opened in Orlando in 2005, it only lasted a few years before it closed due to a lack of sales and popularity. Colonial Drive near the Waterford Lakes Shopping Center, the former home of Aussie Grille (the fast food concept from the creators of Outback Steakhouse).

There are currently 48 Whataburger locations in Florida as a whole, but the Orlando locations closed back in 2009. The 2,500-square-foot building with a drive-thru is expected to be worth about $700,000.
